You had a concussion: If you are knocked out or can't remember what happened after hitting your head, you did have a mild head injury. If you notice any difference in the way you think or move (dizziness, headaches, blurry vision, concentration or memory problems) then you should get checked out. If you don't seem to be having any problems now, just be careful and be sure not to hit your head again soon.

Get information: You should contact your doctor or a neurologist to discuss what happened to you. A neurological examination would tell if damage has occurred.
