Absolutley not.: Although it may be true some of the time for some people, there are many downsides, including paranoid delusions and frightening hallucinations, manic episodes, undesired weight loss and anorexia, panic attacks, and cardiac arrythmias. If you don't have confirmed add, never take them. If you do have confirmed add, take them only under medical supervision.
