There are many: Amphetamine salts are a mixture of the right handed and left handed form of the molecules. This is what Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is. The right handed form, Dextroamphetamine (dexedrine) is more potent. Substituted amphetamines. Methamphetamine (desoxyn) is a substituted amphetamine, and there are literally hundreds of those, including ecstasy (MDMA) and many others.
