Back and above: There are bone and tissue barriers between the nose and the brain. But if you violated those barriers, going straight up will lead to the brain and going straight back will lead to the brain.

Both but not directl: We are able do "brain surgery" on parts of the brain through the nose. However, to get there, we need to remove a portion of the sinuses and some bone that separates your sinuses from your brain.
