How would an eye injury from paintball be treated?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Derpends on Injury: Blunt trauma, such as being struck with a paintball, can run the range from minor to severe. Minor problems include small corneal abrasions, mild intraocular inflammation, and swollen lids. More severe injuries include intraocular bleeding, retinal detachment, or a rupture of the eyeball itself. Treatment can be anything from observation, to drops, to surgery if necessary.
