If pregnancy is desired, then typically ovulation enhancement with drugs like Clomiphene citrate or Letrozole is recommended. If cosmetic issues are the problem then male hormone blockers and oral contraceptives are the norm. If menstrual regulation is needed, then typically oral contraceptives are also a good start.
