Need more details: Any time you have surgery, there will be scar tissue. "scar tissue" is what your body forms when it heals from any type of surgical wound, so it is normal and expected after surgery. It is possible to have abnormal scar tissue or scarring can occur in ways which can cause problems. Discuss your problem with your surgeon to determine what is going on.
