Can tapeworms cause some bladder discomfort?

No.: This should not occur since the tapeworms should only be in your bowels. The only possibility could be explained if you have an acute abdomen or constipation that causes pressure on your urinary bladder. Tapeworms themselves should not be in your bladder.
