No.: Milk thistle has been tried for a variety of liver diseases without evidence of benefit. Incidentally noted nafld generally has a good prognosis. Other than avoiding hepatotoxins such as alcohol, acetaminophen, and insuring you are immunized against hepatic disease, you should not worry about taking additional items to prevent progression.
