what's the best way to start stretching my stomach back to its normal size as far as how much i need to eat or when to eat? cause it hurts to eat?

Hurts when eat? C MD: Pain during eating can be due to lots of things, including inflammation of esophagus, stomach, or duodenum, ulcers, masses, bowel problems like crohn's disease, etc. See your doc first, then figure out dietary stuff. Don't assume your stomach shrunk.
