Many options: There is a condition called hyperhidrosis which is excessive persperation. This can happen in the armpits, hands or feet. There are different options for treatment from prescription deodorants to surgery. In my practice, I use Botox which can reduce sweating in the armpits. This is a temporary treatment that needs to be repeated.

Nighttime sweating: While sweating can be normal, there are also other causes of nighttime sweating that should be evaluated. I would start with a routine physical exam and get some lab work to determine if you have an hormone imbalance (thyroid would be my first concern). Night sweats can also be related to infection and certain cancers (not trying to scare - just be cautious and get evaluated). Take care.
