Sweaty babies : This in and of itself is not concerning to me. As long as they don't have problems with growth or development, other symptoms like spontaneous bruising or bleeding, we can watch this. Mention it to your pediatrician at the next visit so she can closely examine them.

Temp Regulation: The body likes to be a little cooler during a sleep cycle so some people sweat to bring their body temperature down. Happens more often in males. If they are happy and healthy during the day this is not a problem. There are some diseases associated with night sweats - one is Tuberculosis. Get their annual check up as usually TB screening questions will be done.
