Almost all of them: Only a few botanicals and products of microbes (such as penicilllin) are not artificially-synthesized in a chemist's operation. If someone has told you that "natural is good, artificial is bad", put your hand over your wallet, you're talking to a crook.. I'd much rather take Aspirin (totally made in the lab) than strychnine or botulinum toxim ("all-natural, thank you.").
