A lot: The easier question is "what's the same about them?" almost nothing, except that they're both viral diseases. Dengue is mostly a tropical disease transmitted by mosquitoes that causes fever, headache, and muscle pain. Chickenpox is found everywhere, transmitted from person to person, and causes an itchy blistering rash with fever.
