What is the best way to keep calm and relaxed over my frustrations?

See Below: Frustration is normal, it's what we do with the feeling. What makes you frustrated and how much control you have over the situation. Build up awareness:-record events that make you frustrated, thoughts you had, where did it feel in your body, what did you do to decrease frustration and how did you feel after you practiced your usual methods of handling frustration vs. Deep breathing, relaxation.

Stay active: Exercise is a great way to relieve stress. Your body releases endorphins during exercise, which can help you feel calm. If you exercise 30 - 60 minutes a day, your stress levels can improve. When stressed, take 5 slow, deep breaths with your eyes closed, then roll your shoulders forward 5 times, then back 5 times. This will slow your heart rate and release tension in your neck and shoulders.
