Mangeable: There is no "cure" for dry eyes but there are different types of management. There are punctal plugs, devices that slow the drainage of your own tears. There are different types of drops, lifestyle changes and even oral supplements that can help. See your eye doctor to formulate a treatment plan that is right for you.

Dry eye cure: There is no specific cure for dry eye. It is a chronic problem. You can decrease your need for artificial tears by having punctal plugs placed by your eye doctor though and many patients have a significantly decreased need for lubrication drops after this is performed.
