No: It does not help for aneurysm but may help a little for headache but is not advisable.

Yes: For muscle cramps and spasms yes. Obviously, massage cannot undo the brain damage which occurred when the aneurysm ruptured. Any person with a brain aneurysm needs close neurosurgery followup and after a rupture, good rehab and physiatry evaluation.
