Unlikely: You are trying to find some goal exceeding all current goals in physical activity - I am guessing running or fast walking. Your competition for any defined goal will be a trained athlete and if you are a non-athlete, you will most certainly not succeed. Attaining good physical fitness is a worthy goal and one you should aim for.
