7 Ds, 3/6 Ws, 6/24Ms: Your splint will likely be on 7 days. The vast majority of swellimg will resolve by 3 weeks with most of the internal scarring being formed by 6 weeks. By 6 months, the internal scarring will have "matured" with the final result being approximately 95% complete but it will take 2 years to truly see the final result.

Rhinoplasty healing: Most healing after rhinoplasty or nasal surgery occurs within the first 2 weeks after surgery. During this early recovery period, patients should restrict physical activity to help reduce bruising and swelling. After this initial healing, the nose continues to improve with time, but more slowly. Plastic surgeons typically say the "final" result after rhinoplasty may be 1 year.
