Can anyone explain the pain in my arm that i use to hold baby?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Overuse: If you use the same arm over and over to hold your baby - it can lead to repetitive stress injuries especially if it is in a fixed position for long periods. I advise stretching, using the other arm, taking breaks or using a sling, and meeting with a physical therapist if the pain continues for muscle rebalancing/strengthening techniques.
