Didn't' see question: Well, if he was able to answer a complex question like that "during" the seizure, it is unlikely that it was a true seizure. It was in all likelihood a panic episode, / panic attack , which can mimic a seizure. He should go to a psychiatrist for medicine management of his mood and anxiety asap, but go ahead and rule out true seizure activity via a neurology consultation.
