Act as you usually: do. Expect to be asked about family psychiatric history, substance use/ abuse, current symptoms, your sleep/ appetite/ energy level/ self esteem/ feelings of guilt/ ability to experience pleasure/ comfort with making decisions/ impairment in daily living and if you have thoughts of harm to self or others. Don't worry. This is a good step in improving your quality of life.
