I just realized i have a bump on the inside of my libia, please help, it feels sore and no fluids?

May have a Cyst : There is barthomian gland in the labial mucosa . When it gets blocked , the lubricant accumulates and creats a tender cyst. Most of the time it responds to warm compresses, sitz bath with warm water+ epsom salt in it. Can take advil/ Aleve (naproxen) for pain & inflammation. If it does not respond to conservative approach, & gets infected needs rx with antibiotic and I&D by a gynecologist. Not a std.
