Depends.: Right hand dominant hemisphere is the left hemisphere. Depending on the location of the infarct, several options. The motor cortex, speech area, speech/auditory association cortex, visual cortex, frontal cortex to include some. Consult your neurologist for your personal assessment if you are the patient.
