Deviated Nasal Septu: When the septum between the nostril is deviated on left side, that side has narrower nostril and, makes it harder to breath, this could be conjenital vs. Traumatic. If there is nasal polyp growing in left nostril, then also there is difficulty in breathing from left nostril.
