Nasal obstruction: You likely have something narrowing or partially blocking the left side, which could be a deviated septum, enlargement of the nasal turbinates, polyps, or other problems. You probably rely on breathing through your right side, so when you lay on the right, it gets more congested, thus you can't breathe through either nostril well. See an otolaryngologist for exam.
