Soreness: After exercise chest soreness or muscle soreness is not uncommon, and usually it goes away after rest. If it does not, then you may have to take pain meds starting with tylenol (acetaminophen). Precautions, plenty of fluids, or electrolyte containing drinks, like gatorade may help.
