I'm having an allergic reaction. i don't know what caused it but i'm itchy sore and my skin is inflamed. i've put epiderm on my chest and taken an anti histamine. what's the next step as this does not seem to be working?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would need to be ascertained if it is allergy or something else. if it is allergy, you may need to use different anti-allergy medication. It would be prudent to see your doctor.
