Fishy smelly dischar: You may have bacterial vaginosis, it is not a serious condition but odour can be embarassing, it is caused by overgroth of bad bacteria which replaces the good bacteria which is normally present in vagina treatment consist of oral metrnadazole by mouth or antibiotic cream to be used daily locally.
