What would be the reason for a cardiologist to not know if you have an arrhythmia?

Arrhythmia: Often times the only way to diagnose an arrhythmia is to see an ekg at that time. This is the reason we will check holter monitors or something they call an event monitor to see if your symptoms match an arrhythmia.
