Fiber, fiber and....: Fiber. Prevention is the best option. Appropriate diet is the best way to help hemorrhoidal symptoms. Often hemorrhoidal symptoms will go away when you start a high fiber diet. Try shooting for 20grams daily. A fiber one bar is one way to start! if fiber fails there are office based procedures that may be used as well as many new surgical options.

Really depends: Really depends on the hemorrhoids, what grade they are and how many quadrants. There are different ways to treat them and consideration for all these factors needs to be be considered before deciding on the "best" treatment.
