Please call your OB: Depends how big they are and how much pain u have, u should soak in tub with instant ocean 8-9 scoops and your OB can prescribe some steroid cream, if they are bad enough sometimes u need to see the rectal surgeon for them to be lance or rubber banded so please call your OB to discuss.
