Get help: Seek professional help from a specialist. Bulimia is a way of coping with conflicts and emotions that is damaging to your emotional and physical health. When you identify how you are using bulimia to cope (ie, anxiety, fear, relationships) then you can find new ways of coping with those issues. You must learn to respond to yourself in words instead of behavior. Recovery is possible!
