How is bulimia detectable?

Signs of behavior: I think you are asking for evidence/signs of purging behaviors in patients. The person is very concerned about weight. Because of forced vomiting could be acrid smelling breath and tooth enamel eroded/brown due to stomach acid; knuckle calluses or worn away finger nails from forced gagging. Lots of empty laxative containers, visits to the bathroom or disappearances after eating, weight shifts.
