How long will it take for an antibiotic to leave my system?

Depends on Abx: Some antibiotics like the penicillin group are effectively half gone within 4-8 hours & effectively all gone within a day or so from the last dose. Some, like azithromycin, attach to the fat cells of the body and may take weeks before it is completely gone.
