Not automatically: Infants have different body proportions and are supposed to look like little butterballs at birth.The womb has little room to hold a baby with adult proportioned legs/arms/torso.Body parts are as big as needed and change later.The head & trunk hold important stuff so they are relatively large.Arms/legs are simple & grow out later. Baby's can be obese as one at any age can, but not automatically
