Common: Pruritis, or itching, is common in pregnancy. There isn't a whole bunch you can do, but Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is pregnancy class b and thus is felt to be safe in pregnancy. I would talk with your OB and they can help you.

Rule out cholestasis: The most concerning reason for itching is cholestasis of pregnancy, caused by an increase in bile acids which can be harmful to your baby. Your doctor should be able to check this with a lab test. If this is abnormal, you may need induction around 37-38 weeks pregnancy. Summer-time exposure to grass/plants and sweating may also cause itching without a rash. Shower, then take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) as needed.
