Weight loss: I wouldn't worry too much about short-term weight loss over the course of one week. It really depends on your diet during the week as well as any fluid shifts or water loss. If this trend continues then you should see your dr. Many people will lose a significant amount of weight when it gets hot but this only represents water loss.
