Masking: Avoid loud noises, which can make your tinnitus worse. Antioxidants may or may not help. Try using masking techniques (background white noise, soft and pleasant music). Stress-reduction techniques can also help (e.g., prayer). Consider seeing an otologist and getting a hearing test.
