Yes: You have to stop the spray now. Your nose will get very clogged for a few days then clear. If you can get a prescription for a steroid nasal spray it can help to get over your addiction. For my patients i recommend 2 sprays each nostril 3 times a day for 3 days then twice a day for 3 days then once a day.
