A member asked:

How much consumption of beef, pork and chicken is okay?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Less is better: Eating less than 3 ounces a week of red meat is healthier than eating more than that amount. Red meats are lamb, pork, and beef. Chicken is not a red meat and so limits on eating chicken are larger.
