A member asked:

Which is healthier to eat pork or beef?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Neither: Both are red meats with high fat and cholesterol (despite the lies by the U.S. Pork industry that it's a "white" meat starting in the mid 1980s [i remember the advertising campaign]). If you must eat meats, eat fish and limited poultry.
