Not possible: Don't waste your money on home remedies - they don't work and often times introduce or worsen pre-existing infection. There is a range of treatment options available - only you and your doctor/ surgeon can decide what is the best option for your presentation.

You don't: Pilonidal cysts need to be fully excised from your body. This should not be done on your own - you can cause significant complications. I strongly urge you to see a physician.
