No: When on a diet rich in fats and you take pills to block fat absorption, you are likely to have problems controlling your bowel movements. You may find yourself in situations with the need for immediate access to a toilet and possibly even situations where you don't always make it in time. Limit fats and increase proteins and don't take such medications.
