Do you need to do anything if you have internal hemmoroids and can they fall out ever?

Hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids do not fall out. They can become large enough to prolapse through the anal opening . Just having internal hemorrhoids is not an indication for surgery. But if the hemorrhoids prolapse all the time, they need to be removed surgically. This can be done by banding, stapling or standard surgical resection
