Not high, BUT: Still possible. Condoms are very effextive for prevention of STDs and pregnancy , but that assumes correct use and non-breakage... Also some STDs like hpv only require skin to skin contact so other body parts touching still put you at risk, albeit a low risk.

Chances are low: But not 100% safe. Also condom should not be loose.
