Sure.: This can happen for a number of reasons. There can be mild hemorrhoids, or abrasions, or there may be a cut nearby, or in women there may be blood from what is left of a menstrual period. If the bleeding is consistent, or is accompanied by pain and constant irritation, or other findings, a visit to the doctor may be wise to take care of the problem early, but otherwise it should not be trouble.
