Interesting: A disc issue in the neck should not cause vertigo or dizziness. It can, in severe cases, cause issues with ambulation and gait stability. As far as chest muscle tension, there can be associated/referred pain that can be occasionally associated with lower cervical disc issues. Make sure there is no cardiac/heart issues in the presence of chest tension.
