Eat well/breast feed: Eat healthily. Breast feed. Have some help at night so you can rest. Walk the baby in the stroller. Vigorously (for you that is).

Best + quickest way: For new mothers who want something quick, free, healthful for baby, satisfying for all, there is only one "weight loss" method that will do all that: breastfeeding. Consider taking a prenatal class or meeting with a lactation consultant or OB to find out about the technique and all the benefits including losing weight.
