What are the clinical manifestations for acute pyelonephritis?

Pain and fever: Severe flank or lower back or deep abdominal pain and tenderness. Usually accompanied by fever and symptoms of a UTI which are burning sensation with urination and frequent urination. Possible blood in urine.

Fever: Pain in mid back on one side r the main ones but also nausea and vommitting when severe.
